POW/MIA
We Will Never Forget
Every prisoner of war and every service member who remains missing in action represents a promise that will never be forgotten. At VFW Post 6449, we honor their sacrifice, preserve their legacy, and reaffirm our commitment to remembering those who have not yet returned home.
Remembering Our Heroes
The POW/MIA mission serves as a solemn reminder of the brave men and women who were taken prisoner during wartime or whose fate remains unknown. While many families have received long-awaited answers, others continue to wait. As members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, we remain committed to honoring their sacrifice and ensuring their stories are never forgotten.
