The VFW Auxiliary is one of the nation’s oldest veterans service organizations, dedicated to supporting veterans, active-duty service members, their families, and our local community through volunteer service, advocacy, and patriotic programs. At VFW Post 6449, our Auxiliary proudly continues that tradition every day.

The VFW Auxiliary brings together eligible family members of veterans to continue a shared commitment to service. Through volunteerism, community outreach, youth programs, and support for veterans and military families, our members help strengthen the mission of VFW Post 6449 while making a meaningful difference throughout the community.

We invite members and eligible guests to join us each month as we plan service projects, support veterans and military families, and strengthen our community through fellowship and volunteerism. Whether you’re a longtime member or interested in learning more about the Auxiliary, we’d love to welcome you.

The VFW Auxiliary is open to eligible family members of veterans who served in overseas conflicts recognized by the VFW. If you’re unsure about eligibility, we’re happy to help.
